Cheima Bouziane studied medicine at the Erasmus MC in Rotterdam. In the last year of her studies, she moved to Amsterdam and completed her studies here. After this, she started a PhD program at the AMC at the University of Amsterdam with the subject “the effect of Ritalin on the brain and brain development of patients with ADHD”. In addition to this trajectory, she worked as a basic physician in general practice and her enthusiasm for this profession has become decisive to become a general practitioner. Her areas of interest are psychiatry and palliative care.
