What do Westerdokters do?
Communicate via web application
You communicate with Westerdokters via the web application on your smartphone, tablet or computer. The web application helps you to arrange many things independently, such as making appointments, chatting or ordering chronic medication. Request your login details on your first visit. The application was designed in 2014 by Doctor Ilic in collaboration with Tetra His and Nova Iskra.
Doctor on the phone
At Westerdokters you will get a doctor on the line when you book a call back appointment. In many cases, we can answer your questions directly by telephone.
At Westerdokters we only work by appointment. As a result, we do not have any waiting times and you will usually find an empty waiting room. This also applies to telephone contact if you make a call appointment with the doctor via the web application (you can determine the time yourself).
Plenty of time for the patient
Due to the wide use of the web application and telephone consultations with the doctors, we have more time than usual for consultations in practice.
Own medical file digitally accessible
The web application gives you partial insight into your medical file (recent results, medication, and letters from specialists). This way you always have your medical data at hand, even abroad (the web application is also available in English). The application meets all legal requirements regarding privacy.
